At BelleLux Bags, we stand by the quality of our products and offer a Replacement Guarantee for any manufacturing defect or damage during delivery.

Customers must report any issue within 7 days of receiving the product to qualify for a replacement.

Our quality team will review your request and confirm eligibility for replacement.

If the same item is unavailable, a replacement of equal value or store credit will be provided.

Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alteration are not covered under this policy.

Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

Return shipping costs will be covered by BelleLux Bags if the defect is confirmed.

We reserve the right to decline replacement requests that do not meet the policy conditions.
